Triple X!

Last Saturday we went to XXX in Issaquah to eat. Yeah, not a porn shop, just some good burgers. This may be the biggest cheeseburger that Steve's ever attempted to consume.

I don't need a big cheeseburger to make me happy, but a huge diet coke does the trick!

In times of Crisis

Some may have heard, although is hasn't been a complete broadcast, that as of the end of September, Steve does not have a job. He has been with Archstone now for 10 1/2 years, most of our married life. The Archstone ride has been a good one, but it may be time to move on. They recently sold the last property here in Austin, and it happened to be the one that Steve was working at. So as of the end of the month, well, I don't know exactly to be honest. He does have some good leads, so we will just have to have faith and see.

But until then, it is to Krispie Kreme for us! No fine wine or liquor can do your worried heart better than a Krispie Kreme, right? Or 3? I have found that through this job situation, that I am usually too stressed and worried to eat, but when I do, there is usually a large amount of chocolate or sugar involved. We all do what we need to do to cope. I just wish my coping mech could be at the gym.

Daddy Day Care

So my sweet Steve took a week and 1/2 off so that I could recover and relax while he took care of the kids. I think it would be a understatement to say that Steve came up with some "out of the box" ideas to keep them entertained. Things I would never do, let alone think of. They had a shave the balloon contest one day. No one popped there balloons, which that is what we were looking forward to, so they had to come up with plan B on that.

What an awesome Dad, right? Way more fun then me...

Trekky?

I know, I know. We did. Opening night for Star Trek at the Drafthouse, none the less. You are always going to run into "special" people there. Ihave never seen so many people running around with spock ears. You can always be assured that if the movie sucks, the people will entertain. And that they did.
The movie actually didn't suck though. It was pretty good. I have never been into Sci-fi and especially not this show. It used to come on after the 10 o'clock news when I was little and the music scared me. Maybe I have been missing out this whole time!~ Good fun...

Happy 12 Year!~

Happy Anniversary!
Many of you have been wondering when I am going to get back online and blog again! I thought what a better time to start. I guess that I have just been so busy with kids and work, and taxes (uck!), that I haven't gotten around to it. I am going to try and do better.

So our Anniversary was Sunday. It has been 12 years. I can't believe it. Much has happened in 12 years, let me just say. Like, we have moved 13 times, which you may not believe. We have bought and sold 3 houses, and now live in our 4th. We have 3 wonderful and delightful kids. And bottom line, we still love each other!

We do not have the "usual - meet at BYU" relationship that many of our closest friends do. We met at blockbuster 14 years ago (Candice's senior year). Our relationship was packed full of teenage mischief, and I for one hope that our kids never put us through what we did! It was quite colorful, to say the least. Most people don't know this, but it is true. Most people also didn't believe that our "Vegas" wedding would end up to be a lasting marriage. I am not sure that we believed that it would. We have worked very hard to have the relationship that we do. I am so grateful for it and hope to rarely take it for granted.

This song is an old favorite of Steve and I's and makes me think of him. It is by Oasis, but I heard a remake of it and fell in love.

Utah Fun

Some of the things we did visiting the ol' Fam...

Gotta do the Imax, right?

Our Utah Trip

What fun times we had. I haven't been back to the Beehive state to visit since Amber's wedding 4 years ago. We must get back more often. It was fun to see everyone and catch up. I think the biggest shock to me were my baby cousins. HELLO! Austin had to stand there for a few minutes and finally speak up because I didn't even recognize him. They are 2 big men. Andrew's playing football for BYU this year, so keep your eye out, #22~

Away at the Oasis

So everyone that comes to Austin has to go to the Oasis, right? It overlooks the lake and its beauty. Food pretty much sucks, but it is so fun to go. I recommend just ordering an appetizer and the key lime pie.

We had fun. Steve found a mermaid to Grope, so I was pretty much off the hook all during dinner, which is rare. The kids got to sit in a space ship too. What a party.

I have picture taking skills...

And there she is...

Not as hot as the mermaid, but I can move...sometimes you just have to settle.

Prince and his princesses in their space ship...

At the Lake...

We went to the lake for one of Steve's work functions. Every year they do a barbeque and awards ceremony out at the lake and invite the families. So fun for us, right? We get to listen to all the awards and stuff that people win. Steve got his 9 year award this go around. He has been with this company for 9 years! That is like 1/3 of his life. Way to go!
Down by the dock..

Me and the Dylster...
Agh, there's my house, see it?
Can you still do this? I look like a total freak...and pregnant, which thankfully I am not. Those baby doll shirt do not make us look like little dolls or babies. That is such false advertising. I should really reconsider this as part of my wardrode. Not even kidding a little.
Aren't they just precious. This picture, where they are looking so sweet, makes me want to pull a Steph and go push them in unexpectantly. That would be funny.

Summer Catch Up

Seriously, it has been crazy busy here at the Fuller household. I have so much catching up to do. Here are some pics of our first trip to Six Flags this summer. Dylan got to take Chase with him, get a little "boy time" in, and the girls had Andelynn and Alyssa with them. It was a ton of fun. Addison is quite the little thrill seeker! Who would have guessed? She has no fear at all and will go on absolutely any ride that she is permitted due to height requirements. Dang, you never know what these kids are going to become...
What's up Doc?

Tea Cups, those things make me sick to even look at. Gag! Is it true with age that you can no longer handle stuff like this? Holy Crap, I sure get sick.
Andelynn and Michaela...Tony Hawks big spin.
Dylan and the Chaser...
Sexy Scooby Doo, where are you?
