Long story, but I ended up here on this lovely 1930's bench outside Fredricksburg Court Room with my sister-in-law, Kellie. We were witnesses for Steve's brother, who was put on trial for random accusations by his ex wife. Kellie and I spent the whole week on this bench, waiting to be called to the stand, while Steve's family prayed and hoped that the truth would come out in this crazy trial. Unfortunately, it didn't. Not a bench I want to ever return to, nor was it a good memory for me. However, since this blog is part of my journal, I felt it necessary to post both the bad and the good...

Already sick...

Sad day. A week at school and the bacterial infestations are already spreading. Here is a pic of Addison at the docs getting breathing treatments. She had Pnuemonia again. I hope this isn't a start to a sickly year! Poor little dear...

Back to School

Long time, no blog!~ Things have been crazy around here with school starting, hurricane evacs (just barely leaving today!), and Steve's brothers trial. My brain is in spin mode. I thought I would finally post the pics of the first day of school. Addison is finally in Kindergarten and is so excited! She was very independent the first day and didn't really want me taking pictures. What is that? I snuck a few in though...

Okay, so by the time we got Addison to class and Dylan, Michaela was late and the class was starting, so she got jipped on picture taking. But the great news is, if you look really close, her "look alike", Anna is in her class again. They are great friends.
