Sell that house!

I have a friend that used to be in our ward before it split (Teresa Scott). Her house has been on the market for a long time and she needs to get rid of it. I am not sure why it has been on so long, it has great bones and we reallyare in a great market, unlike the rest of the country. Maybe it was this kitchen! Teresa had granite installed and then I went and tiled a brand new backsplash for her. What a difference, right? We will be antiquing the cabinets and adding hardware soon. Hopefully this will do the trick to get this house sold. Good Luck Teresa!

Addison's Big Day

Addison has been begging to get her ears pierced for a couple years now. Steve and I told her that before Kindergarten, she could do it. The count down has begun. We were at the mall the other day and I mentioned it to her. She decided that she wanted to do it. She had some anxiety about the pain of it, but she was ready. Watch the video of her getting it done. I can't believe her response, or the lack there of...

Are you sure you want to go through with this?

Marking Addison's ears...

A bit nervous...
Watch!

Michaela and Andelynn pimpin' it out...

Okay, dudes can look cool doing this too, right?

Beauty School

What do we do while mom is gone? HAIR! First week of Summer and my kids are already learning so much! Stacy is here with her 2 beautiful girls from Montana and she has been watching the kids while I go to work (finishing up these last few jobs before taking some time off). They have done all kinds of fun things, including hair! I am starting to get a bit concerned for Dylan though. A little glad to see that he doesn't take part in all their girly schemes. They sure are cute though.
I was thinking that as a mother, I should really fix Addison's hair more often. I am not sure this is what I had in mind...

Oh, Michaela, where is the cat walk?

Don't leave the castle looking like that, seriously!

Who is in charge here?

Midnight Flop

So Steph called me a day or two before Indiana Jones came out in theatres. They had bought midnight tickets for Wednesday, technically Thursday at 12:01 am. I mean, who over 30 does this? I guess "cool people." So in my effort to be "cool", I obliged.

Of course, you can't just go to the movie, you have to dress up. Lance broght a real whip and was whippin' that thing all over the place. I think he got it in Australia or something, where do these people come from? Seriously! So Steve dressed up too, but he got the little Fisher Price whip that made very wussy whipping sounds. I think that Steves whip represented the movie better, because Dang! It was "wussy." Does anyone hate me if I say that I don't really love any of the IJ movies? I think I am the only one in America. What is wrong with me? Maybe I should move to Europe.

Steph tries to figure this whip thing out:

Damsells in distress!
"Look what I can do!"
This is the real thing! You don't want to get hit by it!
I don't know what the crap this is:

Indiana Jones

Okay, so I know that I am a little Un-American!~ But I have not seen the Indiana Jones movies. Just not my family's kind of thing growing up, you would have to know them to understand. I get teased about this sort of thing all the time and I am sure that if they knew that it was going to bring such a trial into my life, they would have taken me to movies like Indiana Jones and Star Wars. Maybe I would be alive today and love musicals like the rest of you freaks!

So with the new Indiana Jones coming out, Steph thought it would be a good idea to watch some of the old ones to get me "on track". So while Lance was in Malaysia, we did the deed. It is done. And now I can officially say that I am prepared. Good times at the Fuller House.
